S.M.A.R.T. ANALYSIS
 
ZTM's "Geographic Information Systems" (G.I.S.) department utilizes sophisticated mapping software to analyze the dealer's customer data and identify the true market area. The S.M.A.R.T. Analysis also allows the dealer to clearly view which zip codes provide the dealer with the highest penetration of service business. The zip codes are also analyzed to provide the dealer with the total amount of current as well as potential customers in each zip code.
 
The S.M.A.R.T. Analysis will:
  • Examine your current market area as determined by sales and service records.
  • Identify your "potential" market area.
  • Improve utilization and effectiveness of your database with standardization of in house procedures and other data cleaning processes.
  • Specifically "image and profile" the automotive owners who are most likely to respond in your market area.
  • Develop a marketing strategy to directly communicate with the automotive owners who are most likely to do business with your dealership.
  • Provide geographic mapping that highlights detailed areas of the dealer's current, idle and lost customers.
  • Create a custom database by combining dealer data with other consumer databases depending on the dealer's marketing needs.
